You know it is what it is when we do what we do... which evidently is small gains after poor eating choices. I truly am having a hard time breaking through this funk. The exercise has been there the last couple days and I'm grateful for that but something must be stressing me out, something I can't quite put my finger on and it's really pushing me to want the junk and not care.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not off the wagon. I'm very much on, but it's like I've snuck a bag of snacks aboard lol.

Having a hard time getting moving this morning. Both of my kiddos rode the bus this morning and I gave myself the gift of going back to bed for a couple hours. Best gift ever.

Sometimes nothing seems to break you out of a funk. At least you are exercising! Enjoy your rest and throw the junk from the wagon and don't look back! Good luck!

I've been in a funk too, but I took a tumble off the wagon and have been too lazy to try to get back on. It's nice that you got to go back to bed this morning, maybe the extra sleep will help with the funk.

I know it's crazy, but I started wanting more food like two weeks ago. Thought it was an excuse last week cuz it was my birthday (and hello, celebrate by going out to eat). Well, then I was perfect for a few days but still feeling hungry. Yes, I eat veggies, proteins, etc. My friend in NYC says to me, "Girl you go thru this every year when fall is coming". Strangely enough, Fall is the hardest time for me. It is weird because it happens religiously, maybe your body is feeling that too. We do have internal bio clocks. :) Good luck sweetie!

I hear ya! For me it's a problem as soon as I let a few of the carbs into my life - like pizza - Father forgive me too, for I have sinned as well. Damn pizza! Damn Wine! LMAO (At least I can still laugh at it - kind of)
