Weighed in higher today, last nights final cheat probably didn't help. And I weighed after my workout.

I am determined to make a big impact on my body strength this challenge, as well as toning again.
I still cant believe what 3 months can do when you stop gyming.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
