3lb drop this week! I'm stoked! I never imagined i would ever be able to come this far without some major bariatric surgery, honestly - it's quite unbelievable to me. Hard to believe i am only 13 lbs away from ONEderland! Coming from the scary place of 320+, this is huge. Having a Never-Thought-I-Could-BUT-I-DID-Day brings tears to my eyes. If any of my buddies are discouraged or struggling let me reassure you to stay the course. Hang with it! You are deserving of every victory! You are worth the better life you are creating with your healthy choices. I am so far still from my ideal weight - my ultimate goal - but seeing how far I've come, i know I'll get there eventually. I'm no quitter - this PCOS (syndrome) tried to destroy my life. I'm destroying IT and the curse it put on my body. I will overcome!
