Hey, a loss is a loss. I was eating something after work (4:30PM), driving kids to football practice (5:30PM) then coaching. When practice is over (7:30PM) I'd drive home and eat again. That was counterproductive. Now I'm going home and eating an apple and granola bar then going to practice... just to put something on my stomach. I'm eating supper when I get home from practice. I think that's the way to go. Though it's later than 7:30 when I get home, it isn't going to last forever and in November, the schedule goes back to normal.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm super impressed with what seems like a hectic schedule that you are managing to do what you are doing and still lose weight! It sounds like you are doing well with portion control which is something I need to learn a thing or two about. :)

I don't use actual cups or a food scale. I guesstimate. I make foods I have on my list here on the weekends and put them in ziploc containers for the refrigerator. It's faster for me to heat them up in the microwave. My breakfast and lunch is the same every weekday.
