Had meetings all day. Had it planned out to eat a protein bar and then two bags of nuts. But I was out with my staff and took them to a Mediterranean restaurant. Fell for the lamb burger but also some pita bread before that with some hummus. And then a small gelato afterwards. Next thing you know, 200 grams of carbs, although I stayed under my daily calorie goal. Walked a lot today, so that helped. Tomorrow will be an offsite planning session for next year and I think that pizza is on the menu for lunch. I’ll be able to eat the toppings on that… Anyway, did crazy well tonight. Weighed 211.0 at wakeup, 211.0 upon returning from home, and then an amazing 205.2 after 64 minutes of HIIT. Overall, had 17K steps and 10 miles in today. But back in the blue!
