Weight is down just a little. I'm working out hard in the morning, trying to counteract the effects of eating out every night. Unfortunately I have another business dinner tonight.
194.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

At least you counteract those calories with hard exercise! Make wise choices tonight so that workout in the morning will benefit you even more!
