Well this is pretty exciting. I had a 3 lb loss this week. I feel really good and very excited for next weeks weigh in.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1660 kcal Fat: 46.52g | Prot: 122.29g | Carb: 212.18g.   Breakfast: banana, whey protein powder , almond milk. Lunch: light bun, relish, oscar meyer 98% fat free, Lasagna with Sausage-Style Crumbles. Dinner: black olives, fat free sour cream, salsa, cilantro, boneless skinless chicken breast, avocado, lettuce, tomato, red pepper, corn on the cob. Snacks/Other: blueberry greek yogurt cake, cashews, crystal light, smart pop. more...
