Eating the same things every day is getting really tiresome, but it's working. It's definitely not a lifestyle change I could keep forever... it is for a 6 month timeframe though.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
