I'm getting there and am almost at my target. I think that I need to make sure that I'm active at the weekends as well as during the week to keep me burning calories 7 days a week rather than 5.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
