After fast walking (and running/jogging ever so often when I felt I could) for about two hours, last night, when I came back I didn't even try to do the hip hop abs. My feet and legs were so sore and tired. Still sore today. I feel like I took a beating. I wanted a good butt kick; I got it. But I have no regrets, I don't know if I will go on another two hour trek later today, but if not, I'll def be doing the Hip Hop Abs work out. Going to be working on chores and laundry today. I have hopes to get some filming done as its been several weeks since my last video. I would like to get back on schedule. Do not know if I will have any plans this weekend otherwise. Maybe kid brother will come over to hang out for me to watch him play his video games. Glad I have some healthy food on hand, as he also is trying to lose weight.

Another two pounds bites the dust! :0) And I even pushed past the plateau of 159 I normally get stuck in.

*Notes in regard to today's meals*

I input a wendy's drink, but am drinking a different one with the same calories. I am going to be adding a small orange mango fruitea chiller (170 cal) with my lunch. I wonder, does fs take suggestions when it comes to searching things to log for meals? Some times I just cannot find what I am consuming on here and have to substitute.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes - when you cannot find an item in the FS database, it will let you add one of your own. look at the bottom of the page when you are in the food log page

I've added quite a few items to the database. I've also found items other people have added (like my low carb lunch from micky d's). Thankfully it is not hard, just have the nutritional info ready before you add it.

Nice drop. It is great to push past a plateau where you had previously stalled out. You just need to keep up the good work. :)
