One day of not working out, two meals when I ate incorrectly and I'm up to 199. Jeez.

Next week is going to be a problem. I usually eat a decent breakfast, big salad at lunch, and try to eat really light at dinner. Here's the problem schedule.

Monday night -- business dinner
Tuesday night -- bookclub dinner
Wednesday night -- business dinner
Thursday night -- wedding anniversary, probably dinner

If any of you have any good ideas about how to stay on diet when eating dinner out with others, I'd love to hear them.


199.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
