Just as crazy as the preparation is the conclusion of a project. Still have a few crazy things pending -- people needing stuff from me. Whew! I really had more to share and for the life of me, can't recall what it was. Oh well. At least I maintained my weight -- would have liked for a loss, but looking at photos of last week, it's still encouraging me to get back in the groove. Coworkers noticed a difference in my size since January (lost about 20lbs since Jan/15) -- still going forward. There are hiccups, but then it starts to level out!
231.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
