After a three month hiatus, I'm back to tracking numbers. Never stopped going to the gym, so the weight I put on is pretty solid and I am okay with that! With food tracking and twice as much gym time, I should be fine.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2192 kcal Fat: 161.48g | Prot: 120.78g | Carb: 33.77g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg, Atkins Milk Chocolate Delight Shake, Bacon. Lunch: T.
