RoseFlorida's Journal, 09 August 2015

This has been my stall weight in the past. I expect it to go between 209 and 212 for a bit before dropping. I hope it drops soon. I will not give up this time. I've been getting my walking in, eating low carb, and doing all I'm supposed to do so I'm confident I will resume weight loss. It doesn't help that I have some really bad back spasms right now. I might take a pain pill which I normally hate to take. (They make me stupid and loopy)

My treadmill is about to bite the dust. I need to start looking for a new (to me) one. I'm guessing I can probably get 2 to 3 weeks out of my old one. It's starting to make death noises, not just the belt. Thankfully there are enough people who don't use the ones they buy I can buy a used one for less.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stick with it . . . hope your back feels better soon and yes, you should have no trouble finding a good used treadmill on the cheap that's serving as a clothes hanger for someone else!

Keep at it, it will drop. I was stalled, but now I'm experimenting with eating a bit less on some days, not fasting, just a bit less. That seems to be helping, though it's too early to say for sure.

Stall - I am in one, too. We will stand and fight to go down a little more!

Keep at it! Sorry about your treadmill. There are usually used ones around, people who buy them in January and they turn into clothes racks.

Thank you. I think I have enough time to find a treadmill that is nice and cheap. I can baby my old one along for a little bit (I hope) I missed a really nice one this week , I've been kind of looking for a while but I didn't need one then. Only 65 for a 300lb capacity treadmill (hubby can use then also) with all the programmable features I could hope for. Now I know around how much I should pay.
