I weigh myself every morning. I think I am going to start weighing myself every other day. I am so lucky right now, my motivation is really strong right now. I haven't had any cravings - Must drink water and take walk today.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
