Down another pound, keeping up with my way of eating. I'm still feeling sick (almost two weeks now) but I did go play soccer last night and that actually seemed to help. Today I'm really tired, though. I'm having a hard time finding the right amount of activity for my sick/tired body. I'm really ready for this cold (or whatever it is) to vacate my system so I can feel normal again.
