My wieght is slowly going down despite my lack of exercise. I am having company this weekend so my plan is to start walking again after the weekend. It is slowly cooling off so that is a little incentive. We'll see. I have been teetering around 198 for what seems like 2 months now. I can't wait to get to the low 190s.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week

My weight is also going down with very little exercise, but my body looks like a sack of potatoes, without the potatoes. :-)

You are doing great graciepoo! Once you add the walking, you should start seeing more weight loss and you will be at 190 before you know it!
