Only a pound but at least it is in the right direction. Midweek, I had my 6 weekly visit from my podiatrist, and her first words were, "My, you've lost weight". So obviously it is beginning to show.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
