trying to keep myself accountable even though I cannot always stay on track. If I do a low cal snack/treat I tell myself it is not low cal and it seems like I enjoy it more. MOTIVATION!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
