198.8 lbs this morning. The word for the day: ONEDERLAND!!!! Doing the happy dance, it's been about 32 years since I've been here.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
