I've been being really good about entering all my food and exercise into fat secret. Being able to use my Blackberry to do this makes it fun. And it is making a difference in my caloric intake.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
