I didn't go to the meeting this morning. I might go tomorrow morning. I'm going to just try to push myself on my own to see whether I can get back on track. I'd forgotten how expensive the meetings are. Even the 9 dollars a week seems like a lot. Am I being cheap? Maybe it would all even out in the end because I'd buy less food. That's probably true. But I find that when it comes down to it, I don't feel like putting the extra time on a weekly basis to go to the meeting. I always tend to become irritated by the commitment after a few meetings. Is it my whole problem with sticking to things? I don't know. All I know for sure is that I HATE the state my body is in.

I want to remind myself that I can actually FEEL the extra 50 or so pounds on my body. I've been gaining and losing a lot lately, and I'm sure it's very bad for my health. Since May I've lost 10 and gained back 20 pounds. That's a huge stress on the body. I need to lose the weight, eat normally, eat when I'm hungry but not too much, and try to eat low calorie/points foods. That's the only way to do it. Then just enjoy exercise and movement and try to do as much of it as possible. I need to be slower to grab the food and spend more time contemplating the end results of my decisions. Wish me luck!

No, you're not being cheap. $9 can add up, certainly! And, I like to call myself "frugal." That sounds much better! lol

Glad you're feeling energized! Combine that with your nice weather today, and I'll bet you find some 'joyful movement' outside! :)
