It's a constant battle! This is taking forever. I have NOT lost hope though. I weighed 191.8 just the other day, went out to eat and now....well all I can say is that it was worth the weight gain. I stayed on the diet, I just ate more than I would have normally. Good Luck everyone. I hope my next weigh in is something worth recording!

Mines going slow too, but, I'm definately eating healthier, and eating less. I don't really crave junk food like I did.

It might help to widen your definition of success. Your weight chart shows you are going in the right direction--AND you are in control of your eating. You will get over this plateau! A few plateau suggestions--Are you checking ketosticks to make sure you are under your carb level? Are you drinking alcohol, even if within your carb limit--This is a key factor for me personaly-I can perfectly follow the plan, have a glass of wine, and stall? Have you considered decreasing your calorie intake to see if perhaps that is too high? I did this accidentally when I unavoidably needed to skip a meal or two within a few days span. My plateau was broken. Keep going!!!!!

You and I have something in common...well a few things :o) THank God we are both TALL and can get away with being a little heavy...lol I'm an inch shorter than you.
