Today I have made the effort to focus on enjoying each bite of food. I realized that I really don't enjoy the In and Out burger. I'm on the fence about the fries. Are they only good when I'm scarfing them down and not paying attention to how they really taste?
If I take the time to really experience what I am eating, I think I will become picky about what I eat.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
