So, I gained a couple of hundred grams again, still carrying over from Saturday, I think. Hopefully it'll start coming off tomorrow, we'll see. I'm still mentally getting used to this "Spike" eating thing. We'll see how it goes. Today, I am 97.5 kgs. Still not too bad. :)
Life is good!
