I was traveling (some work, some vacation) for almost the entire month of June. I didn't go completely off the rails, but I was not closely following my diet and exercise plan. I was up 5 pounds when I got back, am down a bit now. It's a little discouraging, but I'm trying to keep upbeat and get back to on track.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Eating out usually will cause a weight gain; don't beat yourself up! Give it a week or two of mindful eating and those vacation-blimps will fall off. Keep your sunny side up!

Before you were traveling for so long, you were doing great. I am sure you can get yourself back into that groove. You will be rocking this again in no time! :)

It is great to see your post. It is tough to eat well and exercise enough while traveling. On the one hand, an uptick might seem like a blemish on your progress. But I don't think that is true. Always progressing is too high of a standard, I think just returning quickly to your best efforts is key, and some fluctuation of effort is unavoidable and seems like is the core of what one does at the maintenance stage.
