I'm a bit worried about what tomorrow will look like...especially when I step on the scale. I had to go out of town today, and my family all wanted to go to the mall and just eat there. There aren't a whole lot of options as far as "healthy" foods go. I tried to not eat as much carbs, but I DID eat a bit. However, I was starving since I was rushing to leave the house. I missed breakfast and only managed to drink half of my replacement shake...and by the time we ate, it was around 2p.m. I also didn't get to workout today. I did some walking around, obviously, but not my cardio/weights workout that I usually do. :( So yeah....the scale might be mocking me tomorrow. :( Not looking forward to it.
