204lbs and Im surprised its even that.. I did a piss poor job last week and did not log everything and ate some carbage here and there, again. Im over it. I had way to much extra spending money last week and got spoiled and went out instead of working out and ate carbage bc I had a few happy hours. I needed it though. I needed to cut loose and relax and go out with my husband and friends. Time to hunker down again and getter done.. Im recommitted to me and my plan... And to starting over again. Im so close and need to stop loosing focus..My week wasn't a total waste. I did get some good morning work outs in and for the most part I ate right, it just the weekend that sucked. Time to get back in beast mode. !! Goals for the week: Log everything, more water and 5 1hrs works outs this week, 10k a day if possible, and more water and no cheating. Ill be here everyday ... Have a great week buddies.

We ALL need hubby and friend time. It's great to have those times. We never know how many of those times we will have so it's a good thing. I found that it is easier for me to break my hour up into two segments. I walk 2.5 miles in the morning and 2.5 in the evenings. Usually when I cook something I bake it, so I come home and put whatever it is in the oven and then walk while it bakes. I have found that if I don't do it as soon as I get home, I will find an excuse not to. But that's just me. My evening walk last night was filled with the smell of barbecue in the air. I think my whole neighborhood was cooking out! It smelled so good though, so I didn't mind it too much. :) I too, need to drink more water. Since I got on my diabetes meds, I'm not as thirsty as I was before. But I do try. Anyway, have a great week!! You're doing fabulous!

You gain by the mouth and you lose by the mouth. Mega tons of cardio is needed to move the needle.

Down a pound, nothing wrong with that despite how you feel you did. And today is a new day, new week. Onward! :)

I have found this journey involves constant refocusing. Sounds like you have good goals for yourself for the week. Also, you can think about some strategies for enjoying your time with your husband and friends without undoing all your good work so you will be ready for next time.
