Well pat myself on the back, keeping up the plan. Did well over the weekend, if anything may be eating too little. Need to figure out an exercise plan around a bad knee and hip.
226.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job! Maybe you could look into starting with some yoga.

Maybe your local YMCA has water aerobics - that does not stress your joints.
