Wow! I completely skipped the 97's and went from 98.1 to 96.6 kgs! Hot damn! I guess the Saturday spike really have kicked in something...
This is amazing. I will have my blue bar back, I feel great, I ran 1200 meter this morning before breakfast!
Life is indeed good!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 128.7 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
