210!! and Im ok with the 2 lbs gain.. bc I thought it was going to be more!! YAY only 2 lbs..happy day.MY stomach isn't as bloated as i was on Saturday from eating all that carbage and i really feel good i can bounce right back this week. Following the book to a T this week and got my gym schedule all set. Im not going to be working out in lunch anymore though. I am going to use my lunch hour to focus on nutrition and since I work from home, it means lunch and dinner prep. THEN gym after work , bc that what works for me these days. Mike is home for a while and i need to be sure he eats right. Im also set to give up happy hour for a while. We had way too much of it this last week with all the celebrations and I dont like the way I feel afterwards. Its not like the old days where we could hit the club till 2am on a Sunday and be at work just fine Monday. Time to act my age LOL. Goals for the week: Stick to the plan, more water and fight off he cravings.. Im going to BE THE HAMMER!! Cheers every one! and happy Monday.
