I think I'll just have to continue on, satisfied with the crawling progress. Last year after the weight loss was a learning process. I'd like to say I'll never make the same mistake again, but I likely will to a lesser degree. Keep counting friends. I'm with you.

Can't begin to tell you how many times I've said "I'll never do that again". And you can guess the results. Some lessons are harder than others. But from your weight chart I'd say you are doing quite well with you education.

NM, I swear you just have to make keeping track and staying on your healthy plan part of your life.

I understand what you're saying wfn, but it's not me. Stasis? It's simply not me. There has to be something to track and to work toward. If I don't have that, all bets are off. It's just me. Never satisfied.

NM I figure my goal is increasing my fitness and not gaining the dang weight back yet again!! No more YO-YO's for me!!! I'll probably still be here when I'm 100!! So I do have goals yet to meet. I still want to be able to ride my bike in the Memorial Day Katy Trail 50 mile ride right now I might be able to ride 2 miles. LOL A smaller goal on that is to join the Thursday night rides here in Independence, they are about 10 miles. I need to get it out of the spare room, into the garage so it is accessible and start riding it. ;)) that would be a start.

I'm a little different. I love the exercise but for me always and forever the bottom line will be calorie control.
