Not getting down fast enough....but gotta keep moving. Pushed through my low energy today.

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) "30 Day Shred"
129.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
