My goal was to get to 208 by next Monday and I lost 1.2 pounds yesterday so I am at 207.8 which requires a big WOOOOO HOOOO!

Hoping this isn't a water thing but if I am at this weight on Monday, I will still be happy.

How are your goals for the week going?
207.8 lb Lost so far: 61.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job!! Don't let the weekend derail you. I stepped on the scale this morning and if I stay where I am I'll have lost my half pound for the week. We have a BBQ on Sunday so I hope I don't gain it back!

Mars2kids grilled fish and vegetables are delicious, you may want to try it. aientasya, being consistent is how I did it.
