Oops, wrong I direction on the weight! Trimmed 3/4 inch off the thighs, tho. Bought a container of chocolate covered almonds while I was out shopping yesterday. Reasoned that I needed the protein. :). Guess indeed to go back to keeping as thermos chest in the car to avoid snack mishaps.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

mmmmm chocolate covered almonds.... just not too many, they are really high in calories ;-)
