I am going to pass below 158, that number that I have been stalled at for the past few weeks. Here's to meeting our goals!

Just do it everyone, back on your plans. For future do something that will decrease your stress, stay relatively on your plan, give yourselves permission work some options into your plan for celebrations, vacations, holiday weekends. Remember this should be a lifestyle WOE change not a diet to jump on and off of. Something you can live with for life, which means you also have to live and enjoy your life. Work it into your overall plan or once you reach your goal, you won't stay there easily. Believe me I've done the lost the weight gain it back and more routine more times than I can count.

I think our goals are pretty good. And there are no Holidays for a while so let's really focus. You know how FS has those challenges? Why don't create our own challenge? I am so imperfect but occasionally I have a perfect week. One where on Sunday, I write down what I am going to eat From Monday to Friday. And write down exactly what my weight training, bike riding or another exercise is. Then I have a PERFECT WEEK where nothing gets in the way. I have a big birthday party to go to on the fifth but I can commit to a perfect Monday to Thursday next week. Would anyone else like to do this challenge with me? We can weigh in on Monday and Friday morning and see how much we lost? LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE UP TO THE CHALLENGE. IT WILL BE FUN.

I should be able to handle a perfect week. I'm in.

Cool izzypup68! Perfect from Monday to Thursday (you can go more if you'd like) and we weigh in on Friday Morning. I love being pushed and accepting a challenge. I know you will do it but good luck anyway.

I might get one in over a month or two!! LOL It's the exercise that sabotages me as other things get in the way. This week my plans went kaput as Adrian decided to make his appearance a week early!! Little guy and family take a front seat.

Exercise can be as simple as walking.

madenjen, me I need to get back to my strength workouts. They make me feel good! Just been crazy busy with other things. I should not make excuses and just do it but with work there are just so many hours in a day! I need another 8 just to sleep. I might get everything done that way!

Nichol, you can do this. Your body may or may not co-operate but you can work your plan.

I know we want to give it our all when we exercise with weights but some 10 pound dumbells or kettle bells as you are watching your favorite show is real easy to do. I love the show CHOPPED on the food network and just stand in front of the TV at times and do curls, military presses or bent rows over and over. It's not like when I go to the gym but it can be a good workout wholefoodnut.

That's funny--I often catch reruns of Chopped while doing my cardio at the gym during the week. :)

Good show!

I do the same thing, LOL I also like chopped, I feel like I cook that way a lot-stare at 3 or 4 things I really need to use before they spoil and find something to make with them..... My kettleballs are my coffee table decorations, I have an exercise trampoline my little living room, my lime green exercise ball, and a hula hoop lives there most of the time as well. My dumbells are now also back since I found them again. Luckily it's just myself and the dog and it'a ok with us, no one to complain... Last night though too tired to move. Still my gym workouts push me to do more, have more resistance and weight than I have at home. I seem to get more of a whole body workout.
