1823 kcal Fat: 39.24g | Prot: 117.43g | Carb: 280.45g.   Breakfast: oatmeal. Lunch: flatout flatbread, romaine lettuce, kirkland oven roasted turkey breast, branston pickle, cucumber, tomato. Dinner: branston pickle, broccoli, Dr Praeger's Italian veggie burger, cucumber, baby carrots, pickled onion, tomato,  fat free cottage cheese knudsen, morningstar farms black bean burger. Snacks/Other: low fat milk, hummus with pine nuts, grapes, clif bar- crunchy peaut butter, banana. more...
