Not getting any sleep for the last two nights. The ex has been going through withdrawals. He is a pain pill junkie. He ran out because he took too many. Now he doesn't get any more until next week. So he can't lay still. And he is to rude to realize I need sleep for work. He doesn't do anything so he sleeps all day while I'm at work.
316.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so frustrated and exhausted I just cry. Doesn't help that we are breaking up.

Ask a pharmacist for valerian tablets. They help you sleep and are not habit forming.

Not getting enough sleep is really tough. I know it affects my determination to follow my diet/exercise plan. I hope things are looking better for you today than they we yesterday. You have our support!
