Good workouts yesterday. 45 minutes on the elliptical stepper in the morning. Run/jog/walk for 45 minutes in the evening. I didn't load up on food and I tried to eat healthy food.

The trick is to watch what I eat over the weekend.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.8 lb a week
