Not as good as the week before but I'm so glad it's a loss.
192.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At least you are still moving in the right direction! Great job on the weight loss! It's so frustrating at first, but I'm seeing results which is keeping me motivated! Keep up the good work. I know it's hard, but you can do it. :D

Thanks guys. I'm just so unmotivated this week. I haven't exercised in the last 2 days and I slept almost all day today :(

I think when we make major changes our bodies get tired! it knows something freaky is going on! enjoy the rest and then get back to it!
