Another week of going up and then back down. The chart looks stable, but it really hasn't been.

My running partner recently moved to Chicago and am realizing that even though I thought I would be fine with that, I haven't been on a regular running schedule since then.

I'm going today, will go again on Friday, and then will move to a Tues/Thurs running schedule. (I usually play soccer on the weekends, so it will be good to have Mondays and Fridays be more restful). I'll also incorporate some strength stuff after I run. I should be able to keep up this schedule through the summer while my schedule is still pretty flexible.

There, I wrote it down. So, now it is real and I have to do it. ;-)
153.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL - yes, they say writing it down makes it "official" and you have to do it! I admire that you do soccer - lots of running up and back!

The soccer is way more fun than just running-- the game and team-oriented aspects keep me interested. I'm not usually a hyper competitive person, but I do feel compelled to do as well as I can for my team, so that keeps me going!

Sorry you lost your running partner. It is hard. I know. Seems like all my friends are sedentary.

Well, I did run today as planned. I also did some core exercises (plank, sit ups, push ups), but only a few. I felt good, am glad I got out there!
