Have been wearing out a path to the bathroom for the last three days, so the water is moving out nicely. Woke at 222.6. Worked from home and fasted until 3:45. Before I did, I got on the treadmill for a 1000 calorie workout. Got off and scored a nice 215.4. Nine pounds in a day sounds nice, but as the numbers below show, it’s mostly water. Back to work tomorrow, so my daily steps will increase with all my walking around in our nation’s capitol.

Soooo glad to see those numbers go down! So do you want to get to 200 and stay there this time, or were you looking to take it to 190? Was that too much work before (and therefore unrealistic for lifetime maintenance), or did you like the way the jeans fit?
