today i decided to map out my walking route and i found that in an hour i walk about 2.5 miles...thats a start to keep walkin further, as i try and add a new block onto my route after a week of walkin same one...keep building up my walking...
361.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Hi, a suggestion for your route is that you can go on Google Pedometer : http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/ it's a great way to measure your distance and find new routes! It is good for pretty much anywhere in the world!
