Hello, everyone! Hope you are well. Most of you know that I am walking every day and that is how I walked off the weight, along with eating healthy. I just looked at my weight history to see how I am doing and I have been below my goal weight for the past 6 months. I am so happy about that! Two months ago I added two slices of toast with butter to my breakfast. I kept up my walking and this low carb high fiber Delightful bread did not make me gain weight. It was sitting in my chair that kept the weight on me. I am one happy lady. If you want to be successful, then you have to be active, little by little, day by day. Keep going and never give up, no matter how long it takes. You can do this!
128.4 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! So many people supported my bread and butter journal. I gave up the bread for a couple of years, until I lost all my weight. After maintaining my weight for four months, I added bread to my breakfast. Not every meal and not during snacks. My weight is still good and I am so happy. Stick to your plan and you will succeed! :)
