This week was Guide Rendezvous and I was pretty captive on food choices, other then not to eat. I avoided the bread, but not the wine! :)

I did good over all and am ok, with a bit of a gain.

235.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 May 2015:
1180 kcal Fat: 31.27g | Prot: 64.91g | Carb: 175.64g.   Breakfast: The Greek Gods Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (170g), Kellogg's Special K Protein Plus Cereal. Lunch: Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), Oscar Mayer Thin Sliced Turkey Breast, French Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, White Bread, Great Value Turkey Gravy, Oscar Mayer Thin Sliced Turkey Breast. Dinner: Weight Watchers Fettucini Alfredo, Paisley Farm Sweet Pickled Beets, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), radish, onion, cucumber, celery, mixed salad, Schwan's LiveSmart Tilapia Loins. Snacks/Other: World Market Milk Chocolate Coconut Flakes, Pears, Lay's Sour Cream & Onion Potato Chips, Kellogg's Special K Protein Snack Bar - Almond Honey Oat Granola. more...
