I know I will put on a lot of weight this week. We went out to the Olive Garden for lunch, I ate dinner later that evening and for the first time in a long time, had dessert. It's Mother's Day and I'm celebrating! Happy Mother's Day to everyone! Enjoy this day--it's yours!
198.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try to reward yourself with non-food items such as manicures, new clothes or a massage.

You could have chosen to celebrate by going for a walk or bike ride. I'm sorry, but as your FS buddy, this look like an attempt to garner support for going off-course. You are, no doubt, a fantastic mother, but please don't package this wonderful achievement with not propeprly taking care of yourself. Get back on track, buddy!

Happy Mother's Day! I'm sure you had a good time with your family! It's good to celebrate every great now and then, otherwise, what's the point? :) (one day isn't going to hurt, especially if you do keep it a rare occasion, which it looks like from this post.)
