The weekend gain is driving me insane. Every week I lose a few pounds, only to gain it back on the weekend. I see the pattern, I'm just having a very difficult time breaking it.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 21.0 lb a week

How frustrating. What do you do differently on weekends? Food, drinks, exercise? I know I tend to have bigger breakfasts on weekends. Perhaps you are doing less walking? Last year I used to walk a great deal on weekdays because my office was far (about a 15 min walk) from my parking spot.
