Herbie's Journal, 05 May 2015

I've been away from Fatsecret for a week or so, which is usually a mistake. I was hanging tight at 155 (small ups and downs) for several days and then we went away for a couple days and I cheated/treated too much. Weight went up a pound or two, and I expected to have to post a gain today. But I was good with my food and exercise on Sunday and Monday, and now it's just about back to 155. So, even though it looks steady, it's actually a lot of back and forth since my last weigh in.

I'm back to being extra careful about food and exercise, hoping to see a drop this week.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations on surviving a diet holiday with no negative impact. However, make sure you get back in your routine. At least for me these are the events that cause me to become inconsistent and then eventually non-compliant. You have made tremendous process, keep on it.

Thanks. I'm back in the routine again, I think I just got fatigued and wanted a break. But now I'm motivated again to make more progress.

I am glad to hear you are back on track. It can be hard to get back to doing all the right things after a break, but it sounds like you are doing well. :)
