213 lbs,, it magically rolled off last night,,and Im impressed bc I wasnt the best at watching what I eat but I guess the two extra work outs helped. Lesson learned. Ive purged the house of junk food and had my husband hide his stash. I got the best advice from CatHearder yesterday and plan to grab the week by the horns. Goal for the week is clear out my fridge my Thursday so I can give it a good cleaning and stock it back up with veggies and work out 5 days this week, and the usual, add more water. Also, I want to work on waking up early enough to make breakfast for the fam before they leave.Ill be planning out the weekly menu also with my son. HAPPY MONDAY every one. Make the most if it !
213.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think Im in ketosis and the cheats didnt knock me out , that with the higher metabolism bc of the extra cardio AND> I had a upset stomach that caused a natural " cleanse" wink wink.. really helped. OH and no happy hour this week at all.. not one drop.
