Wow--I thought I would have gained because of eating a piece of lamb and some shrimp last night. What a surprise! I'm .7 from my first goal! Yes! It's within site :) That's where I'll have to step it up. Once I get there, I have 80 pounds to lose!
200.7 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 80.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Shrimp is high in protein and low in calories. Lamb is protein. Protein helps us lose better than any other food groups. So great job!

Congrats...and I would say that goal is within "shouting distance"- - -AND you will ALSO have achieved 20% of your TOTAL goal...THIS next week is going to give you SEVERAL causes for celebration...:) (I obviously don't believe in jinxes...lol) Take care!!!!!!
